Oh yeah, You!

Nate and Ella have made a new discovery lately - each other! They have finally figured out they aren't the only baby in the house (not that this decreases their demands in any way). They love to touch each others faces, watch each other, and laugh together. Today Nate took Ella's pacifier out of her mouth and put it in his. Awwwwww, sharing.

Eight Months Old Today!

Wow, already two-thirds of the way through the first year. Ella and Nate continue to do well. Nate's sitting up pretty strongly now, and Ella is getting there. Seems like Ella might be cutting her first teeth as well. We've had a few days of nice weather recently, and the kids have really enjoyed being outside. Yesterday they shopped with us, for Similac and also some appliances for the new house!

A few updates: Nate has most of his first baby tooth in and a second one is pushing through. Ella has learned to clap and loves it. Both have discovered that they like to pull Dad's glasses off his face. We haven't weighed them in a while, but Nate has to be pushing 20 pounds these days. And they're both mowing down solid foods. Today's menu included prune-oatmeal. MMMMmmmmm. ...

Finally got some time to get a couple of pics up from our recent trip to California. It was my Dad's 80th birthday, and the twins were there to celebrate and meet him for the first time!
