Closing in on five months!
Hard to believe, but the bugs will be five months old in a few days! Here are a couple of recent items ...

We're still here, just haven't posted in a while due to Inaugurations, minor illnesses and various other things. Today I'm having a full day with the babies, but I'm trying to upload some videos for the blog in between. Stay tuned!

Sleep update
Karin and I have been fortunate in recent weeks to have Nate and Ella often sleeping from midnight to 5 a.m. or later. That gives us a little stretch, with Karin handling the late shift and me doing the changing/feeding/burping before I go to work. Lately they've been going to bed more like 10 or 11, so we're getting there.

Latest weigh-in ...
Nate and Ella had their four-month check-up today, and Dr. Nyweide was pleased. Nate weighed in at 15 pounds, and Ella tipped the scale at 12. Solid foods and sleeping in their own room are on the horizon!

The Twins Go to Oregon!
Happy New Year, everyone! We're a little behind on blogging but will try to catch up over the next few days.
Karin and I took the babies to West Linn, Ore. (a Portland suburb) a few days back for a visit with their Aunt Karen, Uncle Ron and cousins Jess and Dan. We had a great time visiting in their beautiful home. Video to come, but here are some pictures:
